Please email all transcript requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. Or, you may come by the registrar's office in person. Requests will not be taken over the phone.
You must provide the following:
- Student's name at graduation/or current student name
- Full date of birth
- Year graduated/graduating
- Indicate university or college you would like the transcript sent to OR let us know if you just need a copy for your personal records
- Picture of photo ID; this can be your school ID or driver's license.
We will send office transcripts directly to the institution; unofficial transcripts will be scanned and emailed back to you. All transcripts will be processed within 24-48 hours.
