a great resource available to students at Deer Park High School is noodletools noodletools allows you to curate your sources as you're doing research and then provide you the means to very simply push up those resources in an already perfectly formatted works cited page I want to walk you through setting up noodle told today on the English resources page and you'll see that there is a link to noodletools on this page so that's a simple way to go in and open it up you have access to noodletools through your skull credential that you're always login using got Microsoft 365 blank so I'm going to tap that it's going to ask me to login you probably will need to put in your email address here and then it will ask for my password and again laser your school credential so your school email and password when you log in for the first time it's going to ask you some demographic information like what year graduate with Glory affiliated with I'm go ahead and fill in that information and when you get there it will take you to and project page so if you notice up here were in the projects have already done some work in noodletools.com create and pictures will likely be blank in order to create a new project you'll tap on the green new project button in the upper left-hand corner and then you'll enter your project title he also need to decide what citation style you're going to be using and what citation level would be appropriate for the type of research that you're doing if you're a research project a research paper in an English class near Deer Park High School and then you are almost certainly going to be using MLA format if you're doing a research paper for asthma attack for dual credit class or early college going to check with your professor with your instructor to make sure what citation style they want you to use I'm going to go ahead and select a mowing and then for most of our purposes here at school the starter level it's going to be the simplest way do you proceed with your work cited page and I'll submit that and that takes us new into the dashboard we're not going to worry about this for the most part we're going to be using the sources tab so I'm going to go ahead I don't have any sources in here yet so now I'm ready to go out into the databases and begin researching article that I can in very easily soon into snapped my project is created for information on how to send work cited entries into noodletools from the database of a kind of video on that in the research tutorials paid of moles great website
